Mom’s pineapple cake with coconut topping recipe
what you neeeeeed:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9 x 13″ pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs and pineapple. Blend well and pour into prepared pan.
Bake 40-45 minutes or til a pick inserted in several areas comes out clean.
