Amazing Miniature Baked Cheesecakes

What you need (ingredients) :

Makes 12

Pre heat oven to 160 degrees celcius 

(fan forced - increase 10 degrees if not fan forced)

Ingredients-

250g softened cream cheese 

1/3 cup caster sugar 

1 Egg

1-2 tbs lemon juice

5 tbs thickened cream (for me i use cream with at least 35% fat)

150-200g biscuits (cookies). I often use Arnotts Nice, 

but use your favourite. Try Ginger Nuts for something different

70-100g melted butter
