First step to prepare this delecious recipe is to beat the egg & milk together in a bowl.

Second step : now you need to combine the flour with the garlic salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and paprika in a big plastic bag.

Step 3: At this step you need now to put the chicken in the bag, seal it and shake to coat it.

Step 4 : Next dip the flour-coated chicken in the egg mixture & again in the flour mixture.

Step 5 : Then you need to heat the oil in a skillet to 365 F. And then brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.

Step 6 : Finnaly step , now turn the heat down to medium low and give the chicken another half an hour or till it is cooked through.Finally you need to drain it on paper towels and serve.Enjoye .
